    Hi priyasudha,

this recipe sounds very tasty…but I have one question, I know vepampoo vadakam…do u use that vadakam in this recipe or is it some other kind vadakam. I don’t know much abt vadakams, since I’ve never used them before, can u pls clarify?

    Thank You

Hi Kri..i used vengaya vadakam..vepampoo vadakm will be used for kaarakozhambu with vathals such as sundakkai ,manathakkali else for certain veggie kozhambu…vepampoo vadakam will give a bit sour taste to kozhambu..for Eral n fish kozhambu , vengaya vadakam will be very good..Hope i would have clarified ur doubt..

      Thanks
