Quick egg fry, easy to make in minutes to serve with any rice dish.
|3 cloves||Garlic (crushed)|
|2 teaspoons||Red chilli powder|
|1 teaspoon||Coriander powder|
|1/2 teaspoon||Black pepper powder|
|1/2 teaspoon||Salt (or to taste)|
|a few||Curry leaves (for garnish)|
Boil eggs, keep them in cold water, crack and peel the skin off. Cut them into half and keep aside. Mix chilli powder, dhania powder, pepper powder, salt and water in a bowl to form a paste. In a shallow frying pan, heat oil and add the masala paste and cook until the oil separates. Now place the egg, cut side down and fry for few minutes and garnish.
