|1 cup||Crab meat|
|½ cup||Cooked rice|
|½ cup||Bread crumbs|
|5 nos||Spring onions(finely chopped)|
|2 nos||Green chillies (finely chopped)|
|1 tsp||Garam masala powder|
|3 stks||Cilantro leaves|
|¼ tsp||Turmeric powder|
|Salt as per need|
|Oil for shallow frying|
Take a large bowl, add the crab meat, cooked rice, bread crumbs,chopped cilantro leaves, finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped green chillies, salt n also garam masala powder..mix everything with ur fingers, while mixing smash well the meat, cooked rice n bread crumbs..breadcrumbs n cooked rice will replace the boiled potatoes, if u dont have breadcrumbs n cooked rice can do very well with boiled n smashed potatoes..
Take a small ball from the smashed crab meat mixture n flatten them as vadai..meanwhile heat oil in a pan for shallow frying..once the oil is hot, put the crab vadais into the oil n fry them on both sides until they turns brownish…
Tasty Crab vadais is ready..serve hot..
