Khatta meeta chutney:
Soak tamarind, after sometimes grind all the ingredients in group 1 and strain ,boil the strained liquid till it thickens .This is khattameeta chutney.
Green chutney(Tikka chutney):
Take green chillies according to dhaniya and pudina leaves add salt and grind with one squeezed lemon ,tikka chutney is ready.
For khatta meetta chutney how much ever tamarind is taken jaggery should be more while boiling u can adjust with sugar if the balance of sweet and sour is not proper.
If the chutney is prepared more not to worry, khatta meeta chutney can be used as dip for samosa or any deep fried and green chutney can be used as bread spread for sandwich.
