| 8 slice | Bread |
| 2 nos | Medium sized onion [cut lengthwise] |
| 1 no | Big sized capsicum [finely chopped] |
| 1 no | Carrot [finely copped] |
| 1 T | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 tbsp | Chilly powder [adjust as per ur taste] |
| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| Few fennel seeds | |
| Salt [as per taste] | |
| Oil [as per need] | |
| 1 tsp | Ghee[optional] |
| Corriander leaves for garnishing |
Instructions
1.Cut the corners of the bread and cut it in to four and keep it aside.
2.Take a pan add oil ,fennel seeds and then onion , capsicum, carrot and saute them well with salt.
3.Add ginger garlic paste ,chilly powder and garam masala and saute it well.
4.U will find the whole content almost cooked at this stage, now add the bread and mix well.
5. leave it for 10 minutes in sim , u wil find the bread mixed well with the vegetables and also the bread would have become crispy at this point.Garnish it with corriander.
Hot Bread veg masala is ready to be served.
Serve it with tomato sauce.
