|Curry leaves and corriander leaves( for garnishing)|

|Oil and salt as per need|
1.Soak aval in water for 3 minutes and drain the water.
2.Now take a pan add oil,mustard, asafoetida, channa dal, urad dal ,curry leaves and groundnuts.
3.Once When mustard splutters add onion, green chilly,boiled potato and ginger and saute well with a little turmeric and salt.
4.Now add the aval and mix well. Leave in on sim for 5 minutes and add lemon juice and garnish with corriander leaves.
Tasty Aval upma is ready.
