|1 tsp||Chilly powder[as per individuals preference]|
|Corriander leaves for garnishing|
|1 no||Potato[washed and chopped]|
|2 bunch||Asparagus[washed and chopped as in the pic]|
|Few fennel seeds|
|½ tsp||Garam masala powder (optional)|
|Salt as per taste|
|1 T||Ginger garlic paste|
|½ tsp||Cumin seed powder|
|1 tsp||Corriander powder|
1.Wash and chop Asparagus and Potato as shown in the pic.
2.Take a pan add oil, fennel seeds, then chopped asparagus and potato and saute well.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears.
4.Now add salt,chillypowder, corriander powder, cuminseed powder, garam masala and saute well and add a little water and cover the pan with the lid for the content to cook well.Keep the stove in sim for a few minutes untill the whole content cooks well.
5.Once cooked , garnish with corriander leaves.
