Pachai Mor Kuzhambu

Instructions
Saute vendakkai / okra in little oil until slightly crisp. remove and keep aside.
Whisk yogurt with water, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and sambar podi.
Heat oil in a tadka pan, temper with mustard,split black gram cumin seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves.
Add this tempering to the yogurt mix, add in sauteed okra and give a quick stir.
Serve it right away or refrigerate for later use. Top it over rice and serve along with choice of curry.
