This soup is simple and healthy. A bowl of this soup can be taken daily especially for dieting personalities.
|2 nos||Tomato (big dices)|
|1 no||Carrot (peeled & cut)|
|1 tbsp||Cabbage small (shredded)|
|1 tbsp||Bean (finely chopped)|
|1 tbsp||Carrot (grated) or cut into very small pieces|
|1 T||Boiled milk|
|2 T||Corn flour|
|1 tbsp||Tomato sauce|
|2 tsp||Sugar (as per taste)|
|Salt ( as per taste)|
|1 tsp||Pepper powder[as per need]|
|Coariander leaves to garnish|
Boil the Ingrediants 1 . (do not over boil) and process it in a blender to a fine paste.
In a pan add 2 cups of water and add the vegetables in ingrediant 2.
When almost boiled add milk and corn flour paste ( Mix the corn flour with water to a paste).
Now add the blended paste and keep it in simmer for 5 mins.
In a frying pan add butter and fry onions in it. now add this to the pan.
Now add Tomato sauce,pepper, salt and sugar.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
you can have different vegetable combination but tomato & carrot are the base.Instead of suger You can add sweetner.
