|1 cup||Channa dhal(potukadalai)|
|3 cnt||Green chilli|
|Salt (as per taste)|
|Corriander leaves for garnishing|
|Oil (for sautering)|
|Mustard seed (for tempering)|
|Urad dhal for seasoning|
Pour little oil in a kadai, and put coconut, potukadalai, green chillies, ginger and tamarind and slightly saute in a low flame for 2 mins.
cool the ingredients and grind it.
saute the chutney with mustard, urad dhall and curry leaves and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
