Sweet rice

Description

A Sweet prepared with Left over rice.

Ingredients
2 cup	Left over rice
2 tsp	Ghee
5	Cashews
5	Cloves
2	Elaichi
1 cup	Sugar
1 cup	Water
2 pinch	Yellow color

Instructions

Take a pan and ht ghee.Fry Cashews in ghee until golden and add Cloves fry for few mins Add sugar just fry for 2 secs,now add water when it comes to boil add color and rice ,elachi stir for some time.Later it comes to thick.garnish with coconut(optional)

  With cloves only it came out good taste.If u want to add cardammons u can add but i always prefer cloves.The effect of cloves u get good flavour.I hope u like it.
