cut the peeled ridge gourd itno small pieces.add 1 tsp of oil in a pan.,add finely chopped onin and garlic fry for few mins.after raw smell smell goes addgreen chillis fry for few mins.after this add ridge gourd ,salt and cook until it gets softened.finallay add small amount of tamrind aso.alloe these to cool and grind it.
for sessoning add 1 tsp of oil in a pan add mustard allow them to splutter.then add red chillis fry for few sec,and then add finelly chopped onions,fry ntil golden brown.add the paste and chutney s ready.
