What's for lunch mom??? this questions pops everyday at my home with a huge frown on face. Guess its the same at your home too... No matter what you send and how you send, there's always leftovers in kids lunch boxes. I tried this tricky sandwich for my son with little of everything and he seemed to enjoy. Moreover those new compartment ziplock boxes were of more help in packing a mess free lunch.

Chili Tofu

Tofu, also known as soya bean curd is a cheese like product obtained from curdling soy milk, a staple food in China and Japan. Its becoming more and more aware these days due to its immense health benefits. A good alternative for meat with excellent source of protein with no fat.

Cooking tofu for vegetarians will not be a big issue as most vegetarian products are soy based and they may easily adjust to the taste. But inculcating this product in a regular diet for a non-vegetarian is little challenging. Unless prepared fancy or crypt-ed its going to be pushed to the side of the plate. My first attempt "Chili Tofu" was quite successful, our guest Mr.Tofu enjoyed quite a bit of hospitality.

Delicious Appetizer, real feast for shrimp lovers..quite a yummy crispy appetizer prefect for any parties etc...easy to prepare too..its such a worthy crispy appetizer, am damn sure that these shrimps will be a big hit among kids...

A scrumptious yet easy breakfast sandwich for those who have that sensitive taste buds. The recipe goes with an indianized sandwich which is an uncommon combination of chinese bok choy and indian paneer with added taste from mushroom.

Bok Choy, also called chinese cabbage is a member of cabbage family. This vegetable is rich in vitamin C and calcium which also helps in reducing the risk of cancer.
