I am great fan of crab. I was searching for crab recipes and came across this recipe in TV done by a chef. It tasted like crab fry in chettinadu hotel. so iam sharing this yummy recipe to u guys.

Tomato Kurma

With a few basic ingredients in my pantry and some leftover idli / dosa batter in my refrigerator....and with humongous craving for flavourful simple dinner then immediately steaming piping hot idlis with tomato kurma is all I can think of ! My recipe goes with extra cinnamon flavour... BTW, it goes very well with tomato combination.

Paniyaram it is a very famous dish of chettinad. i tried paniyaram with appam dough. just try out it is easy. kids will love it.

Spicy prawn fry

This style of making prawn fry is from karaikudi  tamilnadu. In our home we used to prepare this spicy prawns as a side dish for sambar. we can add it to the rice and have it just like that too....very simple preperation:)
