|1 cup||Sugar ( as per need)|
|4 nos||Cashews (split into two)|
|1 pinch||Bicarbonate of soda|
|2 cup||Oil (for frying)|
*)Mix rava, maida, sugar, cashews, salt and bicarbonate of soda together and keep it aside for half an hour.
*)Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is really hot pour the above mixture with a laddle.
*)When the appam turns golden color on both sides, take it out from the oil.
*)Let it cool and then serve it as evening snack.
