Rava Appam

Description

A very simple, easy to make and tasty appam
Ingredients
1 cup Rava
1 cup Maida
1 cup Sugar ( as per need)
4 nos Cashews (split into two)
1 pinch Bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch Salt
2 cup Oil (for frying)

Instructions

*)Mix rava, maida, sugar, cashews, salt and bicarbonate of soda together and keep it aside for half an hour.

*)Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is really hot pour the above mixture with a laddle.

*)When the appam turns golden color on both sides, take it out from the oil.

*)Let it cool and then serve it as evening snack.
