- Grind 3 diced tomatoes to a paste and pressure cook adding 1 tsp dhania powder,2 cups water, salt required.
- When done add 1 tsp rasam powder and temper with cumin seeds,crushed garlic,and curry leaves in 1 tsp ghee or oil.
- Bring it to boil for 10 min in high flame adding 1 cup water.
- Serve hot.
- Any brand rasam powder will do.fresh one would taste better.
It can be had after an heavy meal.
