|1 cup||Ragi flour|
|2 no||Green chilli|
|1 T||Finely chopped ginger garlic|
|Oil for frying|
|½ cup||Coriander and curry leaves (chopped)|
|Salt to taste|
Cut the onions, green chillis very thin. Add all ingredients to the ragi flour with some drops of oil and little amount of water to make thick batter. Heat the oil in thick pan when the oil is in medium heat take small amount of batter in hand & drop small balls of it. Deep fry the mixture in medium heat till dark brown.Drain it .Serve with chutney or ketchup.
