Soya sauce-1 tsp.
Ground pepper-1 tsp.
Chilli sauce-1 tsp.
Ginger garlic paste-1 /2 tsp
Batter Ing. for frying prawns.
Clean prawns and strain water throughly.
Saute the ingredients from List -1 without adding water.
When it is dry enough, it is done.
Make the batter using list -2. Consistency should be much thicker than milk- maid.
Dip each prawns one by one and deep fry in oil.
If needed cook prawns with tooth picks inserted.
While frying if it does’t bind well and the prawns are seperated from the batter, add some more water to the content.
Can be served as a starter.
