Pizza can be prepared easily at home
|1 tsp||Olive oil|
|½ cup||Warm milk|
|1 T||Pizza sauce|
|1 tsp||Baking powder|
In the half cup of warm milk add sugar and yeast and leave it for 15 to 20 min . Now take a large bowl put maida with baking powder and making a well of the maida pour the milk yeast mixture and knead to dough adding olive oil. Now rest the dough for 4-5 hrs. Now take a ball sized dough no need to knead again roll it and prick the base with a fork and then bake the base for 5 to7 min(grill mode) in a preheated oven, now the base is ready.
Take the base apply butter then pizza sauce then add toppings onions, capsicum, tomatoes, mushroom and lots of cheese sprinkle salt, pepper powder and grill till the cheese melts.
