|250 ml||Coconut milk|
|30 g||Small pearl tapioca|
place the tapioca&coconut milk into bottomed pan,mix and soak for 45 min.
Mix egg yolk & sugar and add to soaked tapioca.cook on over low heat for 10 to 15 mins or until tapioca is cooked well.Now switch off.
Add pomegranate juice &seeds Refrigerate for 1 hr
