Pasta made in Indian style.| Ingredients | |

| 1 cup | Pasta |
| ¼ cup | Finely chopped onions |
| ¼ cup | Finely chopped tomatoes |
| 1 no | Green chilli |
| ¼ tsp | Chilli powder |
| 2 pinch | Turmeric powder |
| ¼ tsp | Garam masala |
| Oil (for sauting) | |
| Salt to taste | |
| Coriander leaves- for garnishing |
Instructions
Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the cover and keep aside. In a pan heat oil fry onions till golden brown add tomatoes and green chilli and fry well, to this onion tomato mixture add the spices turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala mix well and then add the pasta mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

I was on vacation, sorry to reply late. I dont know exact american /western style of pasta, but I have read that after boiling pasta we can mix any type of sauces like tomato or pizza sauces with some herbs can be had,but I have not tried it,u can prepare the pasta same as fried rice also
