    hi mulli mam,
just now i did this jalfrezi.it is really superb taste and color.
but my store bought paneer is not available in cubes.when i cut this paneer it becomes powder.i have a doubt, cheese and paneer both are same or different.i bought two different brands of cheese as paneer is not available in my territory. but both has become powder while cutting and roasting.

    Hi Mullai..

I again take up the lead in posting comments for this recipe too..Prepared Paneer jalfrezi for night dinner and thought shall post the comments immediately.Outcome was fantastic..The aroma of all the masala’s were too good and was tempted to taste half way through but then had to wait patiently till it was done..Too good Mullai.

    Cheers

      Radha,

I really don't have words to appreciate your enthusiasm. Thanks again! BTW, I too had the same experience, atleast you tasted…. I was hungry that day and quickly rolled up some in a chapati and gobbled, ended up having very little for the snap, ha ha… Anyway, enjoy your dinner, guess Mysore rasam would be under your lunch menu for tomorrow??
