    Hi Mullai, thanks for your recipe. That is one of the side dish for dinner tonight. It looks good and tasty too. One more thought. I have made dry mint leaves and curry leaves too just like dry coriander. In summer I dry out the mint leaves and curry leaves out in the Sun. But need to close it with something heavy as you dont want it to fly. Then I store it in bottle and it stays good for long. Same with methi leaves too.
