Very nice forum.. Like

Very nice forum..

Like everyone I also have a story/ startpoint, I was searching for Kothu Parotta and ended up with SIO , I became addicted from then onwards , even if I go on official trip to other state, my time at hotel / lunch break is always at SIO.

Regular work days, my browser always has this tab open all the time, as and when I have free time, I browse the recipes. I have tried Mullai's several several several recipes and other members too like Viji, Sadhana, Priya, Mano ( Busy Bee), kavi, Diyva, Dana and the list goes on ... Each and every recipe of Mullai makes me addictive to do that. I won't be perfect each time , but atleast gives me a wonderful feeling. My kids ( 10 year old and 5 year old) asks me at dinner " Mom is this your Mullai's dish ?" avalavu famous Mullai enga veetil. My husband also appreciates my cooking ( not all the time) , at times complains that I am making too many snacks these days, that my cooking has improved a lot.

so in short, SIO is very very addictive and I can't come out of the web site. West coast people can always see my online throughout my work period for 8-9 hrs . Hats of Mullai and team , Keep up the good work. Mullai's presentation with pictures and clear instructions are the plus points.

I have referred this site to lot of my friends and collegues.

Warm regards
Jaya Lakshmi

Before marriage I dont know how to cook, and will be scared if someone comes home to eat, will start preparing 3 days before itself..lol. So I thoguht I should become a pro in cooking to impress my family members. I became interested in cooking after marriage and used to search google to see recipes, was searching for butter chicken masala. I clicked all the links in google but the site which impressed me with pictures and clear instruction is SIO. From that day onwards I got addicted to SIO. I tried this recipe and got the real authentic restaurant taste and appreciation from my family. Now I am really into SIO everyday and it became part of my life.
Mullai does a great job and I appreciate her for the good work in uniting people all over the world under this SIO umberella. I love members in SIO since they are doing a great work to share their unique recipes. Now I have lot of friends abroad, and all are awesome. No words to appreciate Mullai and members. Me - An Egg Lover!!!!!! Was searching for egg recipes & found a link for egg curry in arusuvai.com forum.... Browsed the site & i was really surprised to see wonderful presentation... I was crazily trying dishes every weekends & my friends used to tease me to better become mam's assistant. I started eating veges specially.. But, again time never favours tat much to try many dishes. Being a student, its hard to try many items tat i badly want to. Yet, saving those pages to try when time favours... As other members said we got so many good friends (akkas too) from all over the world! Members are friendly & kind. I also became an addict to SIO - I even browse SIO b4 my exams... .I am very much proud to be a part of this SIO..Thank you Mam!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Good that u created such a forum Sadhana..... I was thinking of starting such a one...

Ok, how I came into SIO family is I am crazy about cooking different recipes, varieties coz I always want to try something different day by day and learn new things. I new cooking when I got married, but bugged up with the same usual recipes going round and round for lunch and dinner. Just like that wanted to do some different chicken recipe as a side dish for biriyani one day and ended up at SIO. As I was browsing for chicken varieties, my eyes got stuck with the chicken chettinad picture of Mullai and so tried it. appuram vera enna aagum.....ore paaraattu mazha thaan veetle. Then I decided to keep on learning newer recipes from SIO day by day and my husband appreciates my cooking very much. Now, I happily keep on trying newer recipes from SIO and am enjoying this site as well as my cooking. Tks SIO...

Now, everyday I cant resist without peeping into SIO even on heavy work days of mine, thiruttu thanama etti paathuttu oodiduven vela seiya........

Its now my chance...Once I

Its now my chance...Once I peeped into SIO when I was in India to find any interesting recipe to please my ILs...(I hardly entered into our kitchen when I was a spinster. And I cannot do the same at IL's).I used to try only varieties in Paratha's, dosas etc. After coming to France,I became a member of SIO and the voyage continues.I cannot specifically tell any recipe of Mullai's because I've tried many and got applauses. Moreover, I like the presentations and the way of explanations she carries out for each recipe. It helps a lot for novices like me! After all, now I'm addicted to SIO that I'm in front of this screen whenever I'm free. Thanks to Mullai and all the SIO members.

Its nearly the same for me.

Its nearly the same for me. I wanted to cook chicken biryani because my fiance (from Tamil Nadu) likes biryani very much. I "googled" for biryani and found SIO, the best thing which could ever happen to me :D As a german I didnt know anything about south indian kitchen, and I never expected to be that confident in cooking as I am now. I surprise my fiance nearly every day with different delicious dishes from you girls, thank you all sooooo much for that. Nowhere else you can find authentic recipes as in SIO, plus, I got so many good friends from all over the world! Thank you!!!

Well let me begin..I used

Well let me begin..I used to make Biriyani but that was not that great. Suddenly thought of trying chicken biriyani from the internet and searched for the recipe on the net and found this site....I tried out chicken Biriyani made by Mullai and got so much of compliments from my hubby.Since that time i m a regular visitor of SIO. Then i became a member in SIO.I should say that this site had helped me learn cooking and now i teach my Mom and MIL...:P...I m not exaggerating..Now i can confidently cook for many without fear.So My Favorite dish prepared by Mullai[though many are my favorite] would be Chicken Biriyani as that was my first successful attempt. And i should definitely mention that all the members who are contributing recipes are doing a good job.I learn so much of cooking from u all..Many of which i have never heard off..U people are very creative in ur own way...Nobody can find such recipes anywhere else. Thanx all.Keep up the good work!!!! Keep Going!!!
