| 2 pinch | Kesari colour |
| 1 cup | Rava[raosted] |

Instructions
1.HEAT A PAN ADD ONE TSP OF GHEE AND TOAST THE CASHEWS AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
2.NOW ADD RAVA TO THE PAN AND ROAST THE RAVA TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
3.HEAT THE MILK AND BOIL WELL U CAN ADD LITTLE WATER WHEN U BOIL MILK.
4.ONCE WHEN THE MILK IS WELL BOILED ADD THE COLOUR AND CARDAMOM AND MIX WELL.
5.NOW KEEP THE GAS IN SIM AND ADD RAVA LITTLE BY LITTLE AND KEEP MIXING IT THOUROUGHLY WITHOUT ANY LUMPS AND TILL RAVA COMPLETELY BOILS.
6.ONCE WHEN RAVA IS BOILED , ADD SUGAR AND MIX CONTINUOUSLY.
7.FINALLY ADD CASHEWS AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF GHEE[OPTIONAL]AND SERVE HOT.
MILK KESARI IS READY TO BE SERVED.
