    Priya, tried your kuzhambu yesterday with half the tamarind extract and adjusted the rest with ripe tomatoes. Had this gravy with plain boiled eggs and appalams, it was awesome, thanks a bunch. Here is a glimpse of steaming kuzhambu

    I made this already and tasted with Rice and some Asparagus Paruppu usili ( I made y’day) and Papads. It was good. I am sure I can use it for 3 days ( refrigerated). had to eat little more than usual today because of this Kuzhambu.

    Except shallots, i do the same method…..Mazhai kaalathula amma adikkadi pannuvanga….here it’s raining today. So want to make it today.
