Description
This is the curry powder we use to make curries. Although its known as meat curry powder we use it to all curries. It gives good aroma & taste for curries.

| 500 g | Corriander seeds / malli |
| 500 g | Dry red chilli / sethal |
| 100 g | Black pepper / milagu |
| 100 g | Fennel seeds / perum serakam |
| 100 g | Cumin seeds / sinna seragam |
| 50 g | Turmeric / curry mangal kilangu |
| 2 inch | Cinamon / karuva pattai |
| 1 tsp | Cloves / karambu |
| 1 tsp | Cardamom / elam |
| 1 tsp | Fenugreek seeds / vendayam |
| 1 bunch | Curry leaves |
| 4 stks | Rambai leaves (optional) |
Instructions
Try toast everything separately.
Grind into fine powder.

Notes
Can use 1/2 teaspoon of gingelly oil to fry each of them too. It gives better aroma. Again its optional.
In our place we do not get cleaned & packed stuff. So we wash & dry them in sun for a day. Then dry roast & grind them.
Can use store bought powders to make meat curry powder as well. Mix them well & Dry roast for few mins. It also works. But make it in small amount and use.
