Grated mango-1 cup
Grated jaggery-1/2 cup
sukku powder-1/4 teaspoon
peel off a mango and grate it.
dissolve the grated jaggery in little water.waste residue deposit at the bottom and have pure jaggery syrup.
cook the grated mango in little water with the sukku powder and add the jaggery syrup to the boiling mango(after the water goes dry)
continously stir it(so that it may not stick) until it becomes semi-solid like paste.
