Kovakkai curry

Description

A side dish for rotis
Ingredients
½ kg Kovakkai
¾ tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
½ tsp Haldi powder
2 T Oil
½ tsp Cumin seed

Instructions

Chop Kovakkai into small pieces. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, after it splutters, add kovakkai, haldi, salt and red chilli powder. Cover and cook on sim till done. Serve hot with rotis…nn
