Kiwi Juice / Kiwi Pulp / Kiwi Pineapple / Kiwi Apple juice
|1 cup||Juice (apple or pineapple)|
Wash, peel the skin and quarter the flesh of kiwis. Use fresh cored chunks of apple or pineapple instead of juice for thick consistency or go with plain juice. Kiwis are naturally little sour and hence include honey and any kind of additional fruit juice to bring down the strong sour kick. Blend all with ice and serve immediately.
Kiwi blended with plain water will be too strong to drink, so use any kind of fruit or fruit juice. Alternatively you can also squeeze out the entire content through a filter for clear juice avoiding all seeds.
