This gravy goes well with chappatis,and dosas.
|200 g||Minced meat|
|3||Onion (finely chopped)|
|2||Tomato (big) chopped|
|3 stks||Coriander and mint leaves chopped|
|1 T||Garam masala powder (optional)|
|1 tsp||Ginger & garlic paste|
|2 tsp||R.chilli powder|
|½ tsp||Tumeric powder|
|Oil (for sauteing)|
Cut the kidneys into half,wash the meat ,keep it aside. put oil in a cooker , add onions and saute it till slightly brown, then add g.garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric , tomatoes and fry till the raw smell goes. add curd, meat,and kidneys. now saute for some more time. finally add g.chilli,coriander ,mint ,g.masala powder and salt as per taste. add water . close the cooker with the whistle for 1o min. garnish it with chopped coriander.
This gravy is usually prepared on weekends in my home. i do hope everybody likes it as in my home.
