Nice appetizer, easy to make , tasty and perfect evening snacks for all age groups. ..made with keema chicken and egg..give a try for a fantastic tasty chicken omlet.
|100 g||Chicken keema|
|2 nos||Egg (optional)|
|1 no||Yello onion large ( finely chopped)|
|1 tsp||Tomato paste|
|1 tsp||Ginger & garlic (paste)|
|1 no||Cinnamon 1 inch (minced)|
|1 no||Cardamom crushed|
|1 pinch||Turmeric powder|
|1 tsp||Coriander /dhania powder|
|2 tsp||Red chili powder|
|1 tsp||Salt(or to taste)|
|3 stks||Corriander leaves (finely chopped)|
|1 stks||Mint leaves (chopped)|
|2 tsp||Oil (for preparing omlet stuff)|
|50 ml||Ghee (for toasting omlet)|
In a Pan heat oil and fry anniseeds,cardamom along with cinnamon. Add Keema Chicken, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and then mix well with water till then it becomes gravy state. Add Coriander leaves, Mint leaves ,finly chopped onion and mix well. Transfer this mixture to a separate bowl and let it cool down.
Beat 2 eggs well and add into the chicken mixture which we prepared earlier. Now we are all set to go to prepare the omlet using less amount of Ghee in a fry tawa.
