I have heard of people making idli with sago added and Idli made in this way will be very fluffy. Can anyone post the correct proportion of sago, rice and urad dal.

adding sagoo when preparing idli batter makes idli soft and fluffy.my proportion is 5cups of idli rice to 1cup of urad dhal,for that iuse 3-4tbsps of sagoo.idli comes really good.... rekha
