Hi all, i tried out manchurians with idlis. It turned out really good. and kids will love it .very simple recipe.
just give a try…it is really very nice snacks in the evening . no chutney or sambar is needed for this idlis
|1 tsp||Ginger garlic paste|
|1 T||Corn flour|
|1 tsp||Red chili powder|
|1 tsp||Garam masala powder|
|1 tsp||Jeera powder|
|1 T||Besan flour (kadalai maavu)|
|1 pint||Orange colour|
|Salt to taste|
|Oil for deep frying|
- Cut idlis lengthwise or like cubes.
- Add the ginger garlic paste, corn flour, besan, red chilli powder, garam masala , jeera powder, red color and salt.
- add little water and mix the given ingredients with idlis
- heat the oil in a pan.
- add the idlis to the oil fry till golden brown.
- idli machurian is ready
