Mullai, i like nandu gravy very much...I cooked nandu 3 or 4 times...my friend gave instruction by phone and i cleaned....i don't know whether i cleaned it well or not. I had only gravy and gave nandu to my hubby....hehe...nalla thaan clean panni irupen.

So want to learn how to clean in correct method....ithukku thaan wait pandren....chinese store poga...as u said want to buy blue yummy crabs.

I had to drive miles to get Nandu, its available fresh..in most oriental stores. Fresh blue crab is what I get and sure keep you in mind and capture the procedure. I've already captured earlier but most snaps came too gross, kandippa next time vankum podthu pictures idukiren. Athuvarai happy Nandu Kanavugal!!!
