|1 cup||Double cream or fresh cream|
|1 cup||Sweetened condensed milk|
|½ cup||Fresh strawberry pulp|
|10 nos||Strawberries chopped rougly|
Beat the fresh cream with electric beater until they double their volume..add the condensed milk to the double cream n beat for a while until they turns soft n fluffy…
Now add the freshly grinded strawberry pulp with the beaten mix..beat again until the pulps mix together very well..add the rougly chopped strawberry pieces to the mix n freeze them overnite r atleast for 6 hours..
Homemade Eggless Strawberry Icecream is ready to serve n relish, use kuzhikarandis to serve them as scoops..kids will adore this icecream n adults too.
As we r not heating any liquids, crystals wont form..so no need of taking the freezed icecreams out n turn them to avoid the crystal formations.
