What are some healthy drinks for kids without much processed sugars.. Most of the drinks that we buy off the grocery store contain so much of rocessed sugars which is not good for health especially for growing kids. These processed sugars are not good for the teeth and also gives them high energy levels.(sometimes can stay late at night). Are there any options for healthy drinks for kids that we could buy from the stores(for career moms) or any good homemade freshfruit slurpies?
