Green chilli & chicken fry

Description

I tried out chicken fry with a simple modification it tasted awesome and spicy...just like sharing with u all..

Ingredients
250 g

Boneless chicken

1 tsp

Turmeric powder

1 no

Egg white

2 tsp

Red chilli powder

4 nos

Green chilli (slitted in to two half)

2 tsp

Pepper and jeera powder

1 tsp

Sombu/aniseed powder

Salt to taste

½ no

Onion medium ( chopped)

¼ cup

Curd

2½ tsp

Ginger & garlic (paste)

1 pinch

Red colour powder

1 tsp

Corn flour

4 tsp

Lemon juice (increase or decrease according to taste)

Curryleaves (chopped)

Oil for deep frying

2 T

Oil(for frying onion)

Instructions

In the egg white ,add 1tsp red chilli powder and pepper , jeera and sombu powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt . Make a paste.
Add the chicken pieces to the paste and add 1 tsp cornflour. mix well.And marinate for 2 hours.
Deep fry the marinated pieces till golden brown,dry well and keepaside.
Mix red chilli powder,left over chicken masala(mix water with marinaded masala), gingergalic paste, red colour and a pinch of salt with the curd and keep aside.
Heat little oil and fry onion, green chilli, curry leaves till golden brown. Add the curd mixture. Fry till  the oil leaves the curd.
Add the fried chicken and fry till the mixture gets dried up .add the lemon juice.
Serve hot as a side dish fried rice ....
