|10 stks||Garlic chives[finely chopped]|
|1||Onion medium ( chopped finely)|
|Pepper powder[as per need]|
|2 tsp||Soy sauce|
|Salt and oil as per need|
|3 T||Ginger garlic (minced)|
|2 cup||Cooked rice (basmati preferred)|
1.Take a pan add oil and add eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper and scramble it well.Collect it in a bowl and keep it aside.
2.Add oil to the pan,add ginger garlic , onion ,garlic chives, and stir fry it with some salt.
3.Now add the cooked rice to the above and stir fry it again with enough salt,pepper and soy sauce.Now add the scrambled egg leave it on stove for few minutes and serve with ketchup.
