This recipe is very simple and can prepare quickly. I'm sure you would love the taste. If you are preparing for kids, you can reduce chili powder or need not put at all.
|4 no||Macherel fish|
|1 tsp||Turmeric powder|
|1 tsp||Salt (for marinating)|
|1 no||Onion (cut into thick slices)|
|2 no||Red chili [adjust as per ur preference]|
|1 inch||Ginger (cut them into fine strips)|
|2 T||Water ( as per need)|
|2 T||Chili powder|
|2 T||Dark soy sauce|
|2 T||Oyster sauce|
First wash the fish and marinate with salt, Turmeric power and chili powder for 30 minutes and fry it. Set the fried in a plate. In a frying pan add oil and add in onion, ginger and chili, don’t wait until the onion become golden brown. Now add Dark soy sauce, oster sauce, salt, water, vinegar and sugar. Cook this mixture for 5 minutes and pour it on fried fish.
