Description
Fish Cutlet is a Indian recipe prepared with fish. It is served with rice and sambar or curd rice.

| 2 slice | Fish(salmon or any fish) |
| 1 | Onion (medium size finely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Cumin seeds |
| 2 strands | Curry leaves (finely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Chilli podwer |
| 2 | Green chili (finely chopped) |
| 2 T | Oil |
| 1 | Eggs (lightly beaton with litlle salt) |
Instructions
Take the fish add 1 Teaspoon chilli powder,5 curry leaves,cumin seeds, salt and mix well. Keep the fish over a pan of hot water for steaming.Allow it to cool then remove the bones and grind it.Take a bowl beat the eggs with finely chopped onions,Curry leaves and salt.Now add fish to it and mix well.Take a skillet pour 2 table spoons of oil deep fry the cutlet on both sides.Served with curd rice and sambar rice.
