Hi friends...
As we r all living in abroads its quite long for us to go to India..while travelling in flight have to be in sitting r slightly inclined postions for a long time..these may give pains to ur neck, legs n even to ur backbones..in those situations we can do certain exercises while sitting..i just know small things about this..
Rotate ur each leg in clockwise for 5 minutes n repeat with another leg..
Have a small walk while others r sleeping n hostess r in their cabin so that u wont disturb others..
Share some of ur ideas, suggest us more..will be helpful for others...
