Description
This recipe is name English stew because only English vegetables are used in this. ie… Capsicum, carrots, potato, ginger, beans/french beans, green peas, cauliflower [ optional] For the coconut milk – one full coconut can make three levels of milk, the last milk can be generously made with extra water.

| 750 g | Potato (boiled and mashed) |

| 250 g | Beans,carrot,peas,capsicum[chopped] |

| 1 | Coconut (extract coconut milk) |

| 6 | Green chili (slit open ) |
Instructions
Half Cook all vegetables except the potato and ginger with a little salt. In the third milk add all the vegetables and ginger and green chillies and in high flame bring to boil, continuously stir until it boils. After it boils bring to sim flame and allow it to cook for approximately 5 – 8 mins . Add the second milk and stir continuously until it boils and leave in sim for 2 mins and add the first milk and immediately switch off the stove.
Note : To speeden up the process you can mix the second and third milk and leave in sim for 5-8 mins and add the first milk.
Stew is ready to be served . Hope you all enjoy it
