Hi People ,

If u r the one who want to lose weight and stay healthy ,then do Kapal Bharti yoga in the morning in empty stomach or in the evening before dinner time when ur stomach is almost light.To know more about this Yoga type "KAPAL BHARTI"or "KAPAAL BHATI"  in youtube and u will find part 1 and part 2 of it and it will just take 10 minutes of ur valuable time and not more than that. Try this and let me know ur feedback.

can you pls tell me in yoga which exercise to do for a good eyesight.i have it and want to stop by increasing the no of my eyesight.i cannot
see the far objects clearly.so pls help me in this.

Yoga is always to be learnt from a guru. book yoga and video yoga are always risky and may turn bad for us.just thought of sharing it. no hard feelings.

Hi Mohana i do agree wid u  but when u stay in a foriegn country ..goin out for a yoga class is very expensive...when i went to the doc regarding my head ache problem she suggested me to buy yoga cd and practise yoga at home.... I ended up in doing Yoga from videos of Ramdev  and those are all breathing excercises...nothing much...anyways thanx for sharing ur views.

Hi Guys I want to share my experience with all of you.I was suffring from stomach problem one day i was watching astha channel, there i saw baba ramdev, he was telling about kapal bharti after watching baba ramdev i started doing kapal bharit.I have been doing kapal bharti for the last two month and i am getting positive response so i can say if you want to stay fit you should do yoga every day

I've learnt kundalini yoga. What I benefitted the most was that I got rid of my respiratory problems. I've seen people suffering from various problems like thyroid,joint pains, gynac,obesity etc. They got better after this.

If u r really interested in keeping ur body fit then u can try browsing about easy 8 minutes excercises that are available in youtube,,,u can play the video and do it ,,,I am practising such kinds of excercises at home.For example there is 8 minutes sit ups available on youtube,..u can try doing that as a daily excercise...
