If u r the one who want to lose weight and stay healthy ,then do Kapal Bharti yoga in the morning in empty stomach or in the evening before dinner time when ur stomach is almost light.To know more about this Yoga type "KAPAL BHARTI"or "KAPAAL BHATI" in youtube and u will find part 1 and part 2 of it and it will just take 10 minutes of ur valuable time and not more than that.
