Hi, Can anyone pls post the receipe for a healthy vegetarian soup during diet without adding any oil or butter. All versions and flavours are most welcome.

hi shaan...............just take 2 medium sized apples n boil them in water,when it cools just grind n add clove red chilli powder salt as per ur taste.its good for ur helth ............. n u can use tomatos also with applle, » reply

Ada intha soup ellam nala irukke... i think i should try them. Again naan sabathu rami, will it be filling. I boil those veg like beans, carrot, corn, tomato, onion & chilli...Add beaten egg once it boiled well & cook for a min. Must Drink hot if not egg stinks. Tat is fillin... can i add potato... i heard potato is fat when its fried only. not when it is boiled.... » reply

Hi shan, I know one simple way to make soup. Remove the skin & grind in blender with cooked water. Strain the tomato pulp. Add 1 tsp garlic(optional). Heat again this mixture in microwave for 2 minutes or in stove top for 3 minutes. Add pepper and salt. Drink hot. Tomatoes are good moisturizer for skin. » reply

Hi shan, One simple soup without adding any oil or butter, just boil veg like beans, carrot, corn, cabbage etc with small piece of ginger and 1 clove garlic or pressure all for 1 whistle cool little while, then grind add salt and pepper and have it. OR if 1 tsp oil permits fry 1/2 to 1 tsp ginger garlic paste then veg followed by water and proceed same. 2nd recipe: Boil chopped cabbage, onion, tomato add sambhar powder, chilli powder, salt and u can have it. Cabbage is good for diet .So add more cabbage in soups. Happy dieting » reply
