|1 tsp||Mustard seeds|
|2 nos||Redchilli (medium)|
|2 tbsp||Sour cream or fresh cream(optional)|
|1 pinch||Hing powder(optional)|
|1 tsp||Ginger (cut them into fine strips)|
|1 tsp||Urad dal|
|10 nos||Curry leaves|
|1 tbsp||Ghee or oil|
|3 stks||Coriander leaves (finely chopped)|
|1 nos||Green chili (finely chopped)|
|1 cup||Curd / yogurt|
|2 cup||Boiled rice|
Take a bowl and add Boiled rice, salt ,greenchilli and coriander leaves and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil/ghee and fry mustard seeds,curry leaves , ginger ,urad dal, redchilli and asafoetida and then add it to the mixture in the bowl
NOTE:You can add sour cream or fresh cream to the mixture which is really optional but it will give nice flavour to the dish.
