|1 cup||Grated firm tofu|
|2 nos||Green chilli finely chopped|
|½ tsp||Garam masala powder|
|¼ tsp||Fennel seed powder|
|¼ cup||All purpose flour/corn flour|
|2 stks||Cilantro leaves(chopped)|
|3 nos||Curry leaves (finely chopped)|
|¼ tsp||Cumin seed powder|
|¼ cup||Bread crumbs|
|¼ cup||Onions(finely chopped)|
|Salt as per taste|
|Oil for frying|
Take a bowl..add all ingredients except the breadcrumbs n oil..mix together well..smash everything with ur fingers ..make them as balls n roll them in bread crumbs..keep these balls for atleast 1 hour in fridge…Fry them as deep frying..
Crispy Tofu balls r ready to serve..serve them hot..Green chillies can be replaced with redchilli powder too..
