Hi Mullai, I chanced upon ur site while looking for a recipe for Chettinad Chicken, and was impressed by some of the recipes that i saw and so I registered myself:-) Today i decided to make Chicken Chettinad, so went and bought all the spices that I did not have like Kalpasi......the chicken turned out to be so so scrumptious...yummy...Thanks a ton for this recipe.
