Chilla/Tomato Omelete is very easy to prepare tiffin. Chilla in North India is made by different types of toppings .| Ingredients | |

| 1 cup | Besan |
| 2 T | Onions (finely chopped) |
| 2 T | Tomato (finely chopped or crushed) |
| ½ tsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 pinch | Turmeric powder |
| 1 no | Green chilli |
| ¼ tsp | Chilli podwer |
| 1 stks | Coriander leaves |
| Salt to taste | |
| Oil | |
| Water |
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients with water to form like a dosa batter except oil. Heat a griddle/tawa/nonstick pan pour a ladle of batter and roll it around to spread it evenly. Cook one side pour some oil around and turn otherside to cook .When done remove and serve
Notes
No side dish is required .Ginger garlic paste is a must in this recipe.
Before turning the otherside paneer toppings can be used.
