This recipe is similar to chicked 65 , but i have made a few changes here and there according to my family's taste. Hope this recipe kindles ur taste bud…:)
|1||Onion[medium sized finely chopped]|
|20||Chicken pieces [choose boneless or with bones as per ur wish]|
|1 T||Ginger garlic paste|
|Chilly powder or any chicken 65 powder[adjust as per preference]|
|Salt [as per taste]|
|Oil for deep frying|
|1 T||Lemon juice|
|2 T||All purpose flour|
1.Wash and clean chicken and keep them aside.
2.Make a paste with curd,little salt and ginger garlic and add all the chicken peices to it and marinate for an hour.
3.Now add egg white, chilly powder/ chicken 65 powder, all purpose flour,to the marinated chicken , mix well and leave it for about 10 minutes.
4.Heat oil and deep fry the chicken.Nice crispy chicken is ready now.
5.Now take another pan add little oil and add chopped onions to it and saute well.
6.Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well with the onion and sprinkle the lemon juice on the chicken and leave it on sim for about 5 minutes.
7.garnish with mint leaves and corriander leaves.
Yummy Chicken fry is ready to be relished.
